Situated a mere three miles from historic Queen’s View, one of Scotland’s most famous viewing spots, the Inn boasts breathtaking panoramic views of its own over Loch Tummel.
The Inn itself has been keeping hungry passers-by fed and watered since the early 1800s when it was built as a coaching inn. Originally two buildings, it has since been joined together and is the building you see today.
The Inn is the perfect place from which to explore the heart of Perthshire.
Hill walking in the forests (spotting the elusive Osprey), to the more challenging Schiehallion, which looms to the west of the Inn.
If shopping is what is needed, guests can make the short journey up toward Scotland’s most prestigious retail outlet – House of Bruar.
During the summer months the sailing club on Loch Tummel is in full sail for those wanting to try something a little different. The bustling town of Pitlochry 9 miles away with a host of shops, cafes, restaurants and a golf course and theatre no less! There is never a dull moment to be had.
